Polyphane™ Fit is a Machine Direction Oriented (MDO), high-shrink polyolefin-based film used for producing flexible wrap-around Shrink Labels for bottles and containers. Polyphane™ Fit is designed for use in Roll-Fed Sleeves (RFS) labeling machines. RFS technology increases labeling speed in bottle production with reduced manufacturing and material costs. The excellent shrink properties of Polyphane™ Fit make it a preferred choice for contoured bottle designs.
Polyphane™ Fit is suitable for recycling operations, an environmental benefit. Due to its lower density, the label is easily separated from denser PET bottle materials during the recycling process and can subsequently be recycled in the PE waste stream. Since Polyphane™ Fit is based on HDPE, it is compatible for recycling together with HDPE bottles. Polyphane™ Fit STS innovative film provides the highest performance levels for curved containers as compared to all other labeling methods on the market.
